Founder & Chair

Dr. Eugenie Carys de Silva is the Founder and Chair of the Review Board for the Official Child Prodigies Network. A world-recognized former child prodigy, she brings both lived experience and a multidisciplinary perspective to the ethical recognition of extraordinary young talent.

Having navigated the prodigy journey from childhood into adulthood, Dr. de Silva understands the long-term challenges and responsibilities that accompany early exceptional ability. Her work spans research, education, and applied problem-solving, informing a thoughtful and balanced approach to recognition that prioritizes integrity, fairness, and sustainable development.

As an art and creativity mentor, I am committed to encouraging our young talents to express themselves through various forms of art. I believe in the power of creativity to enrich their lives and empower them to make a positive impact on the world.
